I cut these gummies into quarter size (approx. 2.5 mg ea) CBD. They help me with stress and anxiety and also with inflammation from arthritis and pain is less noticeable or gone. They have a calming effect which lasts at least 6-8 hours for me. I’ve purchased them twice.
